Depending on the form through which we obtained your personal data, we will treat it confidentially to achieve the following purposes:

In the Contact form

• Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means to clients, regarding products or services similar to those initially contracted. (based on the legitimate interest of the data controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR)

In the Social Networks form

Contact through Social Media is used to maintain a relationship between the User and the Data Controller, which may include processing requests and inquiries, providing information about activities and events, products and/or services, and interacting through official profiles. By requesting to follow our official page, the User consents to the processing of their data. (with the consent of the interested party, 6.1.a GDPR)

In the Images and Recordings form

• File containing static and/or dynamic images. Includes publication in the media by the data controller or third parties. (with the consent of the data subject, 6.1.a GDPR)

In the Customers and Suppliers form

• Commercial management with clients and suppliers. (for the legitimate interest of the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR)

In the E-commerce form

• To manage your online purchase or order, process payment, and proceed with shipping or activation, based on the general terms and conditions of sale. (for the execution of a contract or pre-contract, 6.1.b GDPR)
• To manage, maintain, improve, or develop the services provided. (for the performance of a contract or pre-contract, Article 6.1.b GDPR)

How long will we keep your personal data?

They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the treatment or as required by law, and when they are no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or its total destruction.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

No communication of personal data to third parties is planned except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the controller has signed the confidentiality and processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

Third-party data provided by the User

If the USER provides personal data of third parties for any purpose, they guarantee that they have previously informed the data subjects and obtained their consent to communicate their data to the Data Controller. The USER guarantees that the data subjects are of legal age and that the information provided is accurate and truthful.

Do we make international transfers?

In accordance with Article 44 of the GDPR, authorization for the international transfer of data to a country not designated as having an adequate level of protection may only be granted if sufficient safeguards are in place. 02MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or download forms, users expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to process their request. Providing data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The user guarantees that the personal data provided to the data controller is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes to it.

The website owner informs users that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide optimal service. If all the data is not provided, the owner cannot guarantee that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to their needs.

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, the controller is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
